2026 Team XC Camp

We are heading to the Santa Cruz Mountains to escape the valley heat and build our team culture! This camp is the cornerstone of our season, combining high-level training in the Redwoods with team-bonding at the coast. See the attached flyer for more camp details.

DATES: August 20 – 23, 2026  

LOCATION: Cotillion Gardens Resort, Felton/Santa Cruz, CA  

WHO: All incoming 9th–12th grade runners for the 2026/2027 school year.

CAMP HIGHLIGHTS

• Redwood Training: Team miles under the canopy of Henry Cowell State Park.
• Santa Cruz Trail Run: Volunteering and competing in a local ultramarathon.
• Beach & Boardwalk: A dedicated day at Cowell Beach, the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, and the historic village of Capitola.
• Team Life: Cabin living, athlete-led pasta dinners, nightly campfires, and the traditional “Pizza My Heart” outing.

COST & REGISTRATION

Total Cost: $275

(Includes all food, lodging, transportation, coaching, and event entries)*

Deposit: $75 (Non-refundable) due by June 30, 206

Final Balance: $195 due by August 14, 2026

Scholarships: We want every athlete to attend! Scholarships are available upon request. 

Donations: Please consider an additional donation to help sponsor another camper’s attendance.
